VirtualBox VERR_ACCESS_DENIED on Lubuntu 20.04

On booting VM using VirtualBox I sometimes get this error.

Any idea how to prevent it? It seems occurring randomly, and restarting VM - often several times in row - fixes it.

Host computer is running Lubuntu 20.04, guest tries to run Lubuntu 20.04.
