Ubuntu 21.04 - Unmet Dependencies

just upgraded to Ubuntu 21.04, started to having some issues which is all related i guess.

First issue - cannot upgrade the following packages

gdb/hirsute 10.1-2ubuntu2 amd64 [upgradable from: 9.2-0ubuntu1~20.04]
libpeas-1.0-0/hirsute 1.30.0-1 amd64 [upgradable from: 1.26.0-2]

Second issue : When I am trying to upgrade the above packages the following error is coming

libpython3.9 : Depends: libpython3.9-stdlib (= 3.9.5-3ubuntu0~21.04.1) but 3.9.9-1+focal2 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Third issue - Display settings,Change background also cannot upgrade to 21.10 possible because of the unmet dependencies. I have tried few commands, nothing seems to working.

For example :

sudo apt install gnome-control-center
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies: libpython3.9 : Depends: libpython3.9-stdlib (= 3.9.5-3ubuntu0~21.04.1) but 3.9.9-1+focal2 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Thanks in advance for the help.
