"This repository is over its data quota" when cloning GitHub repo [closed]

I was cloning a github repository which has a git-lfs file.

When git-lfs client in my system tried to download the file it threw an error.

All you need to do is download the files from the github repo at github.com. . Click Clone or Download and then Download as ZIP. The only difference with doing it this way, is that you have to unzip it.
