Surface Pro 5 infinite boot loop issue

My surface suddenly won't boot. After pressing a power button, it shows a Windows Logo and turns off.

1. Volume-Up + Power button not working
2. USB Recovery inserted + Volume-Down + Power button not working
3. Boot + F2 (repeatedly pressing) not working
4. Boot + F8 (repeatedly pressing) not working
5. Boot + F12 (repeatedly pressing) not working

I didn't found any similiar problem on internet. Do anyone have an idea what's the problem with it ?

My Surface Pro 7 did the same. Trying to fix by continuously powering on the device until the battery dies. (following this method: )
