We have a Dell PowerEdge R710 Server and there is no IP Address showing in Linux Ubuntu 18.04 on iDrac Port
Before we connected to internet from iDrac port on the server but now it is not showing the IP Address.
We tried to ping the iDrac port matching its series by changing the static IP of the laptop to iDrac series. We could successfully ping the iDrac port.
Other Ethernet ports are working and the server is currently connected to one of the ethernet port.
Please help in understanding the issue and request to provide a solution to fix the issue.
