MacBook: Can I change the Group Containers and Application Support folders locations for specific apps on MacBook?

I'd like to change the location of temporary and settings files stored on my Macbook for some apps. For example, I'd like to keep private Opera and Telegram files. Currently, all settings of Opera are stored in Application Support folder and all settings and downloads from Telegram are kept in Group Containers folder. Can I change these locations to any other? I don't want to store these settings and temporary files in given locations. If so, where can I do that? Thanks
