Error "This is not a bootable disk. Please insert a bootable floppy of Ubuntu."

I have a Lenovo T430 with Ubuntu on it .

One day, I went to GParted and wiped all the partitions of my only ssd and then I turned the laptop off and on there was a GRUB recovery menu, so I informed myself and tried to fix my Grub. When I tried repairing it and turned my laptop on and off there was the following message This is not a bootable disk. Please insert a bootable floppy of Ubuntu and it wouldn't let me repair or reinstall either Ubuntu or Windows 10 using a USB stick. There is this thing in the BIOS that says "Preinstalled OS license: No PDK ".

Is it even possible to boot from a floppy disk?

Here is some info about my BIOS and such:

  BIOS: G1ETB1WW ( VER .2.71 ) (I tried updating the BIOS too.)
  Machine type PE model: 2351BA8
  Secure Boot: off
