Error occurred when creating a new Wine Prefix

I ran the command WINEPREFIX="home/kai/.eldenring/" winecfg and was met with this in the terminal.

should i be worried about this at all? I am trying to install eldenring which runs on a 64 bit winecfg but i believe these errors may be interfering and be the reason why the application won't run properly.
