I'd like to review some scenes to refresh my own memory, straight from the source, regarding some of the events in the Mass Effect games. Is there some sort of cut-scene archive in any of the games, for this purpose? Or can this only be done by re-playing the sections of the game I'm interested in?
NOTE: I'm playing on the PS3 now, so I'm not optimistic about finding a good answer for my platform. But I'd be interested to know if at least the PC version had some way to access previously-viewed videos.

Download this, after it's installed open it and open your ME directory>BioGame>Movies and watch all of the cutscenes as you like. This will work with any game with .bik cutscenes.
