What's the best / quickest way to upgrade Windows from Version 10.0.14393 LTSC to a more recent one ?
Windows Update app says I'm up to date.

Go to the Media Creation Link:
Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button) and then select Save.
Create a USB Windows Installation key and then run Setup on the USB Key.
This will launch the re-installation process. Use the option to Keep Everything.
