bcdedit - The boot configuration data store could not be opened

I would like to run a bcdedit command, but the following error ocurred : The boot configuration data store could not be opened. Also, since the same time, all windows updates does not install properly and windows says "We couldn’t complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer.".

So I think there is some problem about my Windows bootloaders (but I can still log in to Windows and use it). Here is the details/partitions of my disks : Disk info

As you can see, there is no EFI partition (or is it the 98 Mb partition ?). I really want to repair Windows, and not just reinstall it. I booted to Windows Setup Media, selected repair my computer, then in a command prompt executed the sequence:

bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd

The first 3 worked well, but not /rebuildbcd, showing something was not found. The bizarre stuff is that it found a windows installation in driver D, while the windows files are in drive C (like the day I receive the laptop).

If it can also help, here is the list partition from diskpart :

1 - Unknown - 98 M
2 - Reserved - 128 M
3 - Primary - 476 G

Any help is welcome !
